Z@PPZone

Z@PPZone is a multiuser online world produced by the Z@PP. KamerBlauwLicht made the Olec platform game  as part of this online world. Olec is one of the Z@ppers characters part of a children television program called Z@pp.

The goal of the game is to get Olec save from point A to point B in a television studio. As a player you can help Olec by controlling a crane and drop boxes which help him to overcome obstacles. Obstacles are holes, ramps and pieces of trash. Olec can be “power upped” with power like: speeding up, slowing down, jump, wait or have a wildcard box to help him.

TECH

The game was made using our own (Flash AS3) parallax game engine and uses Box2D for the game physics.
