Maretha de Jonge is a ”selective mutism” therapist. Selective mutism is an anxiety disorder in which a person, most often a child, who is normally capable of speech is unable to speak in given situations, or to specific people.
Maretha developed a ground breaking new therapy for treating children with selective mutism.
Together with Maretha (Stichting Selectief Mutisme), Bureau Bok and us we developed an online/offline therapy using games.

Luiderslot is a magic castle but unfortunately their are no colors and sounds. The player and his helper Yep The Dragon will start a quest. The goal of the quest is to find all ingredients for a magic poison to get those colors and sounds back.

During the quest the child fase all kind of (therapeutic) challenges. When climbing the tower the challenges will become more difficult and step by step the child processes through the therapy. Using the microphone the child will be challenged to use their voice in a playfull manner.
